I've been an overeater my whole life. Slimware is helping me cut back on my portions. I love that it's so easy and that the plates are so pretty. I thought I'd still be hungry eating so much less, but I actually feel better because I'm not so uncomfortably stuffed after my meals.

I've always struggled with overeating but can't afford the costly meal delivery systems. With these plates, for a fraction of the cost, I now have a simple portion control tool that is helping me change my consciousness about how much food I eat in one sitting. AND it's so easy. I still go outside the lines sometimes but at least I'm more aware each time I do it.

these plates are so pretty - I love using them. They look so good in my cupboard and then when I pull them out to use them I feel like amazing. Not to mention the actual function of these plates - I actually do not eat as much either!!!!! Love these plates. I am going to gift these to everyone!!!
